Work Instructions

Work Instructions enable you to piece templates together to create a workflow.

They can be accessed from the Info tab, and can be added to all templates and instances. If added on a template, they are copied to new instances.

Titles and templates can be updated, and stages can be added, removed, or reordered when in a draft.

Publish your template and create a new instance of a template to execute your work instruction. \

Note that work instructions are only completable on a published instances — so remember to publish your instance first!

Once published, users are now able to create a new template instance, or select draft instances of the template for the instruction to point to.

When the draft is published, the instruction is automatically completed.
