There are two main concepts in Seal: build and operate. These two elements are used to manage and execute workflows.
There are two main permission levels in Seal:
Permission Level | Description |

Users can be assigned roles via the settings panel.
Users can be added into more than one role. Review requests can be sent out to roles.
Only admins can manage user counts within the organisation - click on the 'Members' tag in the Settings page.
Note that if a user limit may have been set on your Seal Platform, based on your contract. If more users are required, please email support@seal.run.
Build
Building is the processes of creating a standardised format that provides a framework for capturing and organising information about a particular workflow.
As a builder, you create forms and templates for your team to fill out.
Operate
Operate means to carry out an action. It refers to the process of execution -> As an operator, you execute what has been built.
As an operator, you fill out forms and templates.
