Submission

Submission is a field type that allows tables of data to be embedded in a Document or Record.

This allows for more powerful and flexible units of work.

How to embed a Submission Table:

1. Create a Record Template or Document Template with the intended fields - this will act as your table. Publish the step.

2. Navigate to the record where the embedded table will live. Create a new 'Submission' field.

3. Click on 'Configure'. Here, choose the Type you have created in step #1.

4. The table of data should appear. Note that Records can only be added in a Run.

It is also worth noting that:

• Each row added is a new Record

• Records in the table are marked as done when you mark the Stage as Done

Submission tables can also be viewed in the search page:

1. Add the Submission field.

2. When a clicked, a pop out in a modal with the submission table will appear.
