Some common FAQs:

What happens to training on older published versions, when a new training has been sent out for the same document?

Training on new published versions will be an entirely new training request, and will superseed older published versions.

When a new version has been published, will training be automatically sent out to users as per training on previous older versions?

Training will not be automatically sent out. However, fields such as users, roles, and quiz questions will be default to same as previous version. A user has to check the content of the training request before it is sent out.

The training will be re-sent to selected users.

Can I send reminders, request re-training, or cancel a training request?

What happens to users that have been deleted?

Deleted users do not count towards the progress. They are still be visible in the training page but is greyed out.

Is it possible to send training for previous published versions?

Yes, you can request training from any published version, not just the latest one.
