Setting Assignees

Last updated 21 days ago

You can assign users to instances — they will be notified via email and an inbox notification in Seal.

Setting Assignees on the Template

Default assignees can be added to templates, via the tab on the right hand side.

When the template is instantiated, default assignees will be notified.

The assignment will be marked as complete when the instance is published.

Setting Assignees on the Instance

It is also possible to set assignees on instances — navigate to the Info tab on the RHS to assign users.
