Reviewing

There are several Review Types within the Seal Platform.

1	Not configured	No reviewers are set
2	Require review	A review is mandatory, but no specific users are set as a reviewer - they have to be chosen by the user
3	Require review from approved reviewer	A review is mandatory, and the specific reviewer can be chosen by the user, from on a list of pre-approved reviewers
4	Pre-configured review cycle	A review is mandatory, and the reviewers are preset

Note that only managers are able to set up specific review cycles.

Operators are not able to select specific reviewers, unless they have been set at #2 or #3.

Specific users and roles can be selected as a reviewer for each review phase.

Everyone must approve: All users selected must approve to complete the particular the review phase Only one must approve: Only one of the selected users must approve to complete the particular review phase

Additionally, managers are able to set reviews for two separate workflows:

1. To review a Type

When editing Types, specific reviewers can be set to review changes to the content.

Navigate to the 'Reviews' tab on the right hand side, and click on 'Request Review'.

2. To review Instances of a Type

Review cycles can be set up for Instances, from the right hand side bar menu.
