Edit your display name and profile picture or reset your password from this page. This page is the same for all permission levels.
Organisation
Here you can set the Default Datetime Format for your organisation. This will be applied to all Time & Date fields by default. It is also how other Datetimes will appear (eg. Created At, or Audit Log time stamps)
Learn more about how to configure Datetime formats here.
Note this is only editable by Org Admins
Systems
You can see all Systems in the org down the left hand side of the settings page. These are divided into those you are a member of, and those you do not have access to.
Within each system are the System Settings.
- General
- View Groups
- Members & Permissions
- Tags
- Triggers
Whether you can interact with these settings or not depends on your permission level within the System.
General
Here, System Admins can update the System name, homepage and access between systems.
Any users that are not System Admins can only view this information.
Learn more about system access here.
View Groups
View Groups form the elements in the navigation bar down the left hand side of each system.
This section is editable to System Admins and Managers. They are able to add, edit, delete and re-order the view groups of a system.
Operators and viewers are able to view but not edit this section.
Members & Permissions
Here you can see all members of the system, what User Groups they are in, and their permission levels.
System Admins can:
- Add new users
- Edit permission levels
- Remove users
The tags page can be used to manage tags within a system.
System Admins and Managers can create, edit, and delete tags.
Tags can then be added to and removed from all entities (published, in review or draft) by all permission levels other than viewers.
Triggers
The triggers section shows a list of all triggers in the System, and all the times that they have been run.
Learn more about triggers here.
For Org Admins
If you are an Org Admin, the left hand side looks different, as you can access Systems you are not members of, and create new systems.
When in the settings page of Systems you are a member of. Your permissions are dictated by you permission level within that System, as described above. The only exception to this rule is the following:
Org Admins can always add, edit and remove users from any system. No matter whether they are a member of that system, or their permission level within that system.
This means that the settings page for Systems you are not a member of looks like the following:
Users
Here you can see a list of all users in your Organization, and filter them by User Group.
Org Admins are able to add, edit and remove users from this page.
User Groups
The User Group tabs shows all User Groups and their members across the whole Organization.
Org Admins are able to add, edit and remove User Groups from this page.
API Keys
Here you can view a list of all API Keys in the org. There is also a link to our API Documentation.
Org Admins can generate new API keys from this page.
Organization Audit Log
This page is only visible to Org Admins, and shows an Audit Log for org wide events, eg. adding Systems or Users.
